About Us
The Rosa Clark Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Federally Qualified Health Centers are community-based health care providers that receive funds from the Health Resources and Service Administration to provide primary care and related services in underserved areas. Rosa Clark Health Center is a non-profit 501C3 organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
History
Rosa Clark has served the Oconee County SC area since 1982. In 2017, we became a Federally Qualified Health Center, enabling us to continue to expand services to more people in the area.
Rosa Clark was a nurse and midwife in Oconee County from 1941 to 1964.
